The clinically tested sun care products provide protection against UVA and UVB rays and are suitable for every skin type and all of the skin’s needs. The products are optimally tolerated, contain nourishing and moisturising ingredients and are suitable for both adults and children over the age of 3. The products are also available non-scented, some of which are formulated without emulsifiers for customers with sun allergies and highly sensitive skin. Sun protection products in general contain mineral and/or chemical sun filters. Louis Widmer exclusively uses chemical (organic) filters that are easily spread on the skin, are quickly absorbed and leave the skin feeling pleasant.
Our sun protection products with high and very high EU-compliant protection levels that result from a combination of various filter systems to achieve high and reliable UVA and UVB absorption. Products marked with “UVA Plus” exceed the recommendations of the European Commission and therefore provide even longer protection.
DNA protection with the active ingredient Ectoin
Ectoin acts like a natural protective shield in the new sweat-resistant and extra water-resistant Face Sun Protection Sport 50: the active ingredient protects against external stress factors and the negative effects of UV radiation and has a moisturising effect. The skin is soothed and the repair of the skin barrier damaged by UV rays is promoted.
